Organic Red Wine
Varieties: Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and Merlot
A young dry red wine, made from a selection of grape varieties from the estate’s vineyards in a way that results in a lighter-bodied, smoother, fresher, and livelier version of the renowned Can Feixes red wines.
WINEMAKING: Only own harvest. Selected picking by the hand of varietals exclusively from our organic vineyards was followed by a second selection at the bodega and full de-stemming. Maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
AGEING: It has been aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the lees. Once bottled, the wine has matured for a minimum of 6 months in underground cellar.
Ready to drink now. If cared for properly this wine will evolve favourably over several years.
