Vintage Quality Sparkling Wine - Traditional Method
Varieties: Parellada, Macabeo and Pinot Noir
A premium, traditional method sparkling wine with a long period of maturation under the strict regulations of the "Corpinnat" brand. Made from a rigorous selection and proprietary blend of varieties grown exclusively at the Can Feixes Estate and exquisitely elaborated to highlight the singular finesse, subtlety, and elegance that the renowned sparkling wines of Can Feixes develop after years of maturation in the bottle in our deep cellars.
WINEMAKING: Strict selection of hand-picked grapes both in the vineyard and again at the bodega. First run must from whole bunches is separated by gentle pneumatic press and clarified by static decanting. Fermentation of clear must at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
AGING: 6 months in stainless steel and a minimum of 7 years in bottle.
DOSAGE: Light dosage with sweet expedition liquor. Equivalent to 7 g/l. of sugar. Issue date indicated on the back label.
